What is a dry batch concrete plant?
A dry batch concrete plant combines aggregate materials such as sand, gravel, and cement in precise measurements. The mixture is discharged into a mixer truck, combined with a measured amount of water, and mixed in the truck on the way to the site.
Mobile dry batching plants from Vince Hagan combine a number of equipment options into one piece of equipment making transportation more efficient. A HT Haganator, the original mobile concrete batch plant, combines: overhead aggregate storage, in-truss cement silo, in-truss jet pulse dust control, screw feeders, electical controls, and more. When paired with mobile HCA silo, you can increase your aggregate store capacity and your production output.
